Hahaha. Yep, You are correct their are many ppl here talk so loud where they are, talking on mobile, or they talk to a person directly they talk loud. The only one tribe in Pak is called ‘patans’ they speak louder words, because of their habit. If you search on you tube”” patans loud speaking”” then you find it…
